Red Bull Crashed Ice 2017

For the past five years, St. Paul has hosted the Red Bull Crashed Ice event right outside the beautiful Cathedral of St. Paul. As the third event in the tour, Crashed Ice comes back to Minnesota, and is projected to draw crowds of up to 100,000. Often friends and family want to help you but don't know how. That's the reason for GriefShare. The group is led by caring people who have experienced loss and are here to help guide you through the difficult practical and emotional landscape you find yourself in after loss. Mayors' Challenge Golf Tournament

The second annual Mayors' Challenge Golf Tournament at Keller Golf Course June 13 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Cost is $150 per golfer or $550 per foursome and includes lunch, dinner, greens fees, cart and golf balls. Silent auction will also be held. Proceeds benefit Northeast Youth & Family Services, a nonprofit mental health and social service agency serving over 4,000 youth, adults and families in the northeastern suburban community. 6th Annual Jingle Bear 5K

Kick off the holidays at the 6th annual Midwest Events Jingle Bear 5K and Kids Fun Run at the White Bear Lake Boatworks Marina.  Run along the beautiful shore of White Bear Lake and celebrate the season by bringing a non-perishable food item and/or toy for the White Bear Area Food Shelf.  All 5k runners receive a Santa hat, jingle bells and a long sleeve tech shirt. GriefShare Support Group

GriefShare - A 13-week series meeting on Monday mornings and evenings beginning September 14th from 10am-12pm or 7-9pm at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. You can pick whichever meeting time works best for you.

Women Run the Cities

September 27 Celebrate sisterhood at Women Run the Cities, one of ESPN’s top five races for women in the nation. Organizers say that this popular event—featuring 10-mile and 10K runs, a 5K run/walk and a girls’ 1-mile run—is great for experienced runners and newbies alike. The courses start and finish at gorgeous Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis, and track along the Mississippi River. Register online; spots fill up quickly. Girls’ run open to ages 4–12.
