Floristry North Open House

Floristry North, a new floral studio and custom candle bar, will open its doors to the public on September 13 with a welcoming, drop-in style open house that invites the community to explore candles, flowers and locally made goods in a thoughtfully designed space.

Floristry North offers a fresh take on the traditional flower shop. The space features a build-your-own flower bar, an interactive station where guests can blend and pour their own candles and a curated selection of work by regional makers and artists.

At the heart of the shop is Kim Bauer, a floral designer with deep roots in hands-on instruction and creative expression. Floristry North is her vision brought to life—a place where nature, local artistry and scent come together in meaningful ways.

The Grand Open House, happening from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. on September 13, will include:

• A flower bar where guests can build their own bouquets from fresh seasonal stems.
• A candle bar experience from 11 a.m.–2 p.m., allowing guests to pour their own custom-scented candle.
• Complimentary coffee from local partner Kathie’s Coffee, supporting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
• A chance to meet local makers featured in the shop.
• Entry to win a locally made gift bundle by signing up for workshop and event updates.

The event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.
