Mahtomedi father and daughter Jim and Claire Lane share a passion for photography that encourages them to see the world in new ways—and engage in some healthy competition with the Lens on the Lake photo contest. “This is a photo I’ve been trying to get for a while … I think it captures the joy of a summer day at the lake,” Jim says of the image of his nephew, taken at his in-laws’ home on the South Shore.
