Women’s Strength Training: An Intro to Lifting Weights

Strength training has many health benefits, such as building muscle, increasing bone density, improving metabolism and preventing injury, but it often can be intimidating without the proper training and guidance.
If you’re interested in learning more about how lifting weights can improve your health, and how to do it properly in a small group of women, we have just the thing for you.
At 10:15 a.m. on April 20, we are hosting a free women-only workshop with Coach Hallie to teach you the basics of strength training with barbells.
