The Colon Cancer Coalition has teamed up with Get Your Rear in Gear–Twin Cities for a day of support and awareness with any physical activity of your choice. This fun evening includes live music by Trailer Trash Band, the ever-popular Wall of Wine, and Emily Engberg, our MC and event auctioneer. There is always a very LIVELY live auction and a silent auction with something for everyone from tickets to a sporting event to those for the theater and opera. And as we’re an arts program, there are several works of art available, in addition to an Art by YOU project so you can express your creative side. This special evening includes delightful chef creations and wine pairings, exciting auctions, and an inspiring program. This Stomp Out Suicide 5K fun run and walk is a meaningful way for families and individuals to connect with resources, raise funds, and be a part of a supportive community. The day is filled with fun activities including facepainting, food trucks, live music, sign making, and more. Grab a blanket or a chair, and come enjoy great live music and dance with us under the stars! Music will be provided by Lamont Cranston. The Manitou Days Beach Dance will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020, immediately following the Manitou Days Grand Parade (from 8 P.M. to 11 P.M.)
