Cruise Into the Past - Historical Boat Tour of WBL

Join us for a cruise past the communities that dot the shore of White Bear Lake and hear the stories that make those areas unique.  Refreshments will be served. Cash Bar.

"Cody's Dash for Down Syndrome"

2018 “Cody’s Dash for Down Syndrome” is on Sat. June 16th at Central Park in Hopkins.  Our event is a 5K run/walk family event, with a kid’s dash, kid’s games, face painting, balloon artists, FREE Dilly Bars, live music, food trucks and much more!!! All of the proceeds from our event support the FREE therapeutic, educational, and social programs for children and adults with Down syndrome, at “Gigi’s Playhouse” in St. Louis Park.

Hammer Residences, Inc. is a Minnesota non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1923 by Alvina Hammer, Hammer provides residential caring support for adult and children with developmental disabilities. Hammer Residences, Inc. serves more than 1500 individuals with a wide range of intellectual disabilities like Autism and Down syndrome. Hammer serves 284 people in 36 homes and 10 apartment complexes in the western metro of the Twin Cities. We also provide specialized services to more than 1,600 individuals in their homes.

5K 10K Rotary Strive Scholarship Taco John's Run Baby Run

This race starts at The Boatworks Commons, (4459 Lake Ave S) on beautiful White Bear Lake.  The course is flat and fast, 5K runs north along the lake to West Park and then back.  The 10K goes south to Cottage Park then North along the lake to Ramsey County Park into the White Bear Lake neighborhood before returning back to Lake Ave, and the Finish at The Boatworks Commons.  The registration includes an event T-Shirt.

Ride to SAVE Lives

Join us for the 13th Annual Charity Motorcycle Ride!  The ride will go 130 miles through beautiful Minnesota RAIN or SHINE! There will be Food, Prizes, Raffle and more, so make sure you stick around once the ride is over.

Community Book Read Event - A Good Time for the Truth: Race in Minnesota

Join us for a community book read and conversation with contributing authors of A Good Time for the Truth edited by Sun Yung Shin. In this enlightening book, 16 of Minnesota’s best writers provide a range of perspectives on what it’s like to live as a person of color or Native American in Minnesota.

The evening begins with a panel discussion featuring Sun Yung Shin, Rodrigo Sanchez-Chavarria,  Kao Kalia Yang, Heid E. Erdich.

World Vision Global 6K for Water

This spring, change a life. Join friends and family from White Bear Lake and surrounding communities as well as advocates across the globe in our mission to bring clean water and fullness of life to children in communities around the world.

Walk, run, or push a stroller with us at the World Vision Global 6K for Water on May 6th, 2017. Each registration provides lasting clean water to a child. The registration fee also covers a t-shirt, medal and race bib that has a picture of a child being helped by this fundraiser
