At Twin Cities Veg Fest, there will be cooking demonstrations, product samples, artists and more.

Are you a vegan or want to learn more about plant-based diets? Do you have a child or loved one who’s vegan and find yourself at a loss about food? Be a part of the biggest plant-based festival in the Midwest and enjoy the Twin Cities Veg Fest at Harriet Island Regional Park in St. Paul. There will be cooking demonstrations, product samples, artists and more.

“Veg Fest is my favorite event in Minnesota besides Vegan Invasion! It’s so great to see everyone come together and support cruelty-free and vegan vendors. The food is always so good and there are new products to try and buy. This year, we’re selling our cruelty-free, PETA-certified apparel at Veg Fest! Everyone is welcome at this event—not just herbivores!” says Caroline Yares, owner of PLnt BSD in White Bear Lake.
