Farm Animals

Spend some extra time with your little one at this evening class put on by the Early Childhood program. This 4 week session will include music, finger plays, snacks and reading farm stories like The Three Little Pigs, and you and your children will learn about life on the farm and the animals that live there. One Tuesday session will include a special field trip to the Hugo Animal Farm to meet all the animals up close and personal. Ages 2–4. Earth Day Cleanup

Discover Owls, Masters of the Night

Meet the Tamarack Nature Center’s resident owls at this Saturday class, and learn all about Minnesota owls. Take a nature hike to see where owls nest, and examine pellets and feathers—and you’ll even learn some owl calls.
