Greg Knothe offers personal chef services off-site, or better yet, in your home.
The multi-course menu he can cook runs the gamut, including entrées featuring fish, prime rib, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck and more. Knothe takes care of the entire cooking process; he will shop, prepare, cook, plate and clean afterward.
The chef recommends calling at least two to three weeks in advance, and will book out further if available. Meal prices range from $15 and up per person.
